一 |     Channing Tatum, Kirsten Dunst and Peter Dinklage headline the crime thriller Roofman, which is set for its OTT release soon. The Derek Cianfrance directorial is inspired by the real-life story of spree robber Jeffrey Manchester, who became infamous for breaking into his target locations by drilling through their roofs. He later made headlines after escaping from prison and hiding out in a toy store.     Dinklage, who plays Mitch, the manager of a toy store, spoke about discovering the story and what connected him to the film. The Game of Thrones actor told us, "That’s what I love about what I do for a living, finding new stories, being introduced to new stories. And now that I know about it, I’ve read about it, obviously, since becoming part of the film. It’s such a fascinating story. And he (Jeffrey Manchester) was involved in filmmaking. Channing, they talked to each other, and Derek did as well. He follows the heart. So, at the core of this, if I’m going to call it anything, it’s a love story. Because there’s really nothing without a love story in comedy or drama. A lot of people who were involved in the real-life story of Manchester made cameos in the film.
